Plan Management

Plan management is when a provider supports you to manage the funding in your NDIS plan. 


Your SRS plan manager will communicate with service providers and pays invoices on your behalf. This is done by claiming funds from the relevant budget category in your plan and paying these funds to your service provider.


  • Plan Management service fees are funded by the NDIS - which means no cost to you

  • Monthly statements to keep track of your budget and spending

  • Choice and Control – You choose the providers that best suit your needs

  • Prompt payment of invoices in line with the NDIS price guide

With an appointed plan manager, you will have more time to concentrate on the supports most important to you.


  • For funding that is NDIA managed you must use NDIA registered providers for your supports however with plan management you can use non-registered providers which provides much greater choice of supports.

  • Plan managers take away the stress of having to deal with the financial component of your NDIS plan. Invoices for supports can be sent straight to your plan manager who draw funds from your NDIS plan and pay providers on your behalf.

  • Plan management allows a greater budget oversight for you and your family.

  • Plan managers can assist you to build on your financial skills and learn how to self-manage your NDIS plan in future if you wish.
