Since 1976, we've been building onclick three decades of delivering quality services tailored to meeting individual needs. Our staff focus on outcomes that people with disabilities indicate are most important to them. Every situation is different - with person centred planning, we meet with individuals and families to create plans for exactly the kind of support you need. We provide information, support, respite coordination and service development. Our staff aim to offer positive experiences and support for people with dementia and other disabilities. SRS' purpose-built shared support accomodation home gives people 24-hour support from qualified disability support staff, across a single seven-bedroom residence and three independent units. SRS is the winner of several Business Excellence Awards from 2004 to 2010.
