Traineeships
Sunraysia Residential Services, in partnership with Sunraysia Institute of TAFE, offer employees the opportunity to participate in a traineeship to complete the Certificate IV in Disability. This course enables staff to gain hands on, productive training that enables them to provide quality support to people and families in the community.
This training is carried out on the job with trainees completing each competency in their workplace with the support of staff and trainers.
Here at Sunraysia Residential Services we have celebrated many successes with trainees as they work towards achieving this goal with excellent end results.
